STUDENT QUESTIONNAIRE
The Student Questionnaire is used to gather information about:
- Students and their background, including the economic, social and cultural capital
- Aspects of their study programs and, learning strategies
- Motivation and engagement in science and other subjects
The questionnaire is to be filled after the completion of the cognitive test. In this questionnaire, there are questions about:
- Students themselves (age, grade, gender);
- Home environment (composition of the family; parent occupation and education; family language, ethnicity, and possessions; parental engagement in science learning activities);
- School environment (study program, science classes and homework, attitudes etc.);
- School environment (study program, science classes and homework, attitudes etc.).
One section of this questionnaire is especially devoted to gathering information about students use of, and familiarity with, information communication technology (ICT).
